Purchasing this digital gift card creates a unique code. The gift card recipient can enter this code when booking an expreicne with Fatima Michon for redemption. If any monies is owed after entering code, balance will reflect total.
Expiration: The Digital Gift Cards are issued by Fatima Michon Photography Studios. Gift cards are good for ONE year from date of issuance/purchase and must be redeemed in full within the valid time period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited upon expiration. The gift card recipient must enter the unique gift card code when booking to verify that you are the gift card holder. All bookings will require a signed contract at the time/date of booking by Fatima Michon Photography Studios and client. If gift card cannot be verified, due loss, client then forfeits gift card and Fatima Michon Photography Studios is not held responsible for any amount on gift card.
Photography Contract Required: All gift card holders must sign a legally binding photography contract with Fatima Michon Studios, before any photography services will be held. Without contract signed, gift card holder does not have the rights to any services provided by Fatima Michon Studios, and does not have the right to use gift card in exchange for any Fatima Michon Studios photography services, or for any monetary refunds.
All Rights Reserved: Fatima Michon Studios reserves the right to amend these gift card terms and conditions from time to time, at our sole discretion. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Fatima Michon Studios is final. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by Georgia state law.
